Since 1993, Grandchester Meadows Inc., has been a locally owned and operated HOA management firm that has specialized in providing valuable services for Associations in the Raleigh – Durham area. Protecting the interest of our clients is our main focus – and it all starts here with our efficient and transparent website. We are able to foster meaningful relationships with our clients by consistently providing personal and respectful service to all community association members. Using careful supervision of association activities plus committing to routine evaluations and inspections, we help protect everyone from excessive costs and help provide all residents with a better place to call home.

In the fall of 2021, my neighborhood completed a search for a new management company to assist the Board in its work. We wanted a company that was more hands-on, one with more inclusive pricing, that did not nickel and dime us each time we needed assistance, and more importantly one that would thoroughly know the ins and outs of our unique community. We found this, and so much more with the selection of Grandchester Meadows as our management company.
Having worked with Grandchester Meadows for a few years now, I thought it important to share how extremely pleased we are with the choice we made. Our manager, Kalyn, is familiar with our governing documents, our ARC requirements, and our community. At our past Annual Meeting, residents, especially Board members, shared they felt as if, she only worked with us. We feel special. Kalyn knows our vendors, our contracts, our budget, our committee liaisons, and the projects we are working on. The company assist us in getting the best and biggest bang for the community’s buck. David works behind the scenes assisting with any financial question and/decision we need. He has helped us in developing a long-range plan to assist in appropriately preparing for our future needs.
Additionally, Grandchester Meadows, and their staff are very responsive, even when residents get riled. Often, they take the hit for enforcing Board decisions. Most if not all calls/emails are answered in 24 hours. As a community board member, having the assistance of Grandchester Meadows is invaluable. Our neighborhood has worked with Grandchester Meadows for the last few years. They help our HOA with all aspects of community management for our small neighborhood in Apex. David and Kalyn have provided the typical services of covenant enforcement, management of contracters, budget reviews, annual and board meetings, and billing. But they always go above and beyond to help us with our questions and issues. They provide a personal touch that larger companies wouldn’t be able to do. Their fees are also very affordable. It’s been more challenging during the pandemic, but they have helped us with unique situations, like doing our annual meeting on zoom.

I was on the board of directors for one of Grandchester Meadows’ communities, and I genuinely loved GM as a partner. We worked with Amy, and she was absolutely incredible. It’s always stressful with any HOA, but she was calm and organized every step of the way. Our HOA has been doing business with Grandchester for some time. Our board and Grandchester work well together in responding to resident needs, upholding covenants and managing finances.
