$800.00 Annually

– Pay in Full by January 30th

– Two Payments $400.00 – Due Jan. 1st and July 1st

$15 late fee per month after 30 days late

– Mail check – To be made payable to: Kilarney Pointe HOA – PO Box 1149, Apex, NC 27502

– Online Bill Pay Auto Pay – use your bank’s online bill pay services to send reoccurring payments

– Pay with Monthly Emails – free, one-time debit payments from your checking account

– ACH Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and mail back with check

– Pay with Credit Card – there is a fee charged by the credit card companies for this service
