POOL RULES: 

  • Swim at your own risk – there is no lifeguard on duty. Do not swim alone.
  • The pool is for Stirrup Creek HOA Members (Stirrup Creek and Pagehurst residents) only. No more than four guests at a time per family. *Note that the Pagehurst at Meadows community is not part of our HOA and does not have access to our pool.
  • Access card entry is required for all residents. Pool users must also be up to date on assessments with no open or pending Covenant violations.
  • No swimming before or after pool hours posted at the pool, and never after sunset. 
  • In the event of a storm (Thunder/lightning) in the area, depart the pool area immediately.
  • Do not place any pool furniture into the pool, it can severely damage the plaster. 
  • An adult 18 or over MUST accompany children under 14.
  • Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
  • No diving, running or disruptive activities.
  • No glass containers allowed on pool grounds. If glass enters the pool, it will require shutting down and draining to clean.
  • No alcoholic beverages or intoxicated individuals allowed. No swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • No smoking or vaping on pool grounds.
  • No radios allowed in the pool area.
  • Pool-type toys only (No footballs, Frisbees, projectiles, etc…)
  • Pets are not allowed inside the fenced pool area.
  • Discard all trash before leaving the pool area.

You are liable for the behavior of you and your guests at the pool as with all common property of the Association. Security cameras are not manned but do record activity at the pool.  

The HOA’s bylaws provide the authority to suspend privileges and recover expenses from an HOA member/lot owner who violates the rules and will be responsible for damage to common elements.

ASSESSMENTS

2025 PAYMENT INFORMATION 

One Annual Payment – $470.00

$15 late fee per month after 30 days late

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

– Mail check Payable to: Stirrup Creek HOA – PO Box 1149 Apex NC 27502

– Online Pay Services – use your bank’s online bill pay services to send payments; use street address as account / reference number

– Pay with using the emailed invoice(s) – free, one-time debit payments from your checking account

– ACH Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and send back with a VOID check

– Pay with Credit Card – there is a fee charged by the credit card companies for this service
